White Peony White Tea
White Peony, also known as Bai Mu Dan (白牡丹), is a traditional white tea produced primarily in Fujian Province, China. It is made from one unopened bud and one or two young leaves, harvested in early spring. After picking, the leaves are naturally withered and dried with minimal processing and without rolling or intentional oxidation. White Peony is considered one of China's classic white teas and is valued for showcasing the natural characteristics of the tea leaf through its simple production process.
