Cloud Lake Green Tea

Cloud Lake is a Chinese green tea produced in Zhejiang Province, China. It is harvested in early spring from young buds and leaves, then pan-fired shortly after picking to prevent oxidation, preserving its natural green color. Grown in cool, mist-covered mountain conditions, this style of tea is commonly known as Yun Wu, or Cloud Mist, referring to the environment in which the tea is cultivated rather than a specific cultivar.
